NOTE: This is a beautiful American western Indian related parlor print we have never seen before. Depicted is a Native American Indian woman with a feather in her head band. Indian beads adorn her native dress making this a beautiful 1908 print. The colors in the figure are subtle and the background has a turquoise sky like appearance. Lightly printed in cursive text near the bottom are the words Wha - ta! Wa. Wonderful for the cowboy, Indian antique or western Americana enthusiast. Absolutely beautiful, rare and ready for framing! Illustrator Donald Gardner has a wonderful early graphic style, in which he illustrates a child with a steaming cup o' hot cocoa to help sell the Runkel product. The poster makes you thirsty, as good advertising does! The lithographic printing is wonderful and the condition is very good. An uncommon American advertising piece we have not seen before.
